There are lots of amazing videos on You Tube - take a look at some - just type in  Jin Shin Jyutsu. I am finding Jin Shin Jyutsu is such powerful healing - the results are remarkable. The only challenge is that the self healing techniques sound so simple for people to do it seems ridiculous - here in lies the issue - self healing is intuitive and natural for us all  but we have lost the self belief.
