Yoga in our real lives

Some think that yoga is for those who bend like rubber bands and sit on mountains and meditate. Yet yoga is part of our lives without us knowing. Lots of exercises we do at the gym come from yoga. We breathe every second and if we do this properly it can change our lives to make us feel, act and look healthier. Here's something so easy it seems silly but the results are profound.

Next time you are stressed, observe how you are breathing. If you are breathing in short, shallow breaths you need to lengthen your breaths.

Breathe out through your nose for longer than you breathed in through your nose. Feel the breath down in your belly. You will probably notice a huge feeling of calm and peacefulness.

It's as easy as that.
