Expressing our emotions to release resentment

My darling daughter found this blog and I enjoyed reading it. You may too. This article is great as a means for reflecting about our emotions and how we express them.

I believe that to be healthy is to be free from the cause of disease and it comes back to our emotional state and how we handle the present moment of every day of our life - which ultimately comes down to our breathing.  Breathe in and embrace whatever emotion we are feeling and breathe it out so we can travel lightly through life.
